You also need to keep in mind that Jiwon has already decided to let him live as Baek Heeseong. When she burned his old belongings she said (or thought) that was her last gift to him and they would eventually part ways as Cha Jiwon who doesn’t know anything and Baek Heeseong. In her mind right now the option of telling him that she knows who he really is doesn’t exist, she already made up her mind. So that only leaves her with two options: either she continues to live with him all the while pretending she doesn’t know anything or breaking up with him and parting ways “naturally” and she had already decided on the second one earlier. Especially since she believes that he has never loved her I’m pretty sure she thinks that continuing to live as Baek Heeseong even if it’s without her is better for him than having his identity exposed, that’s why it’s a gift. Plus she also said it was for their daughter’s sake.
