i second janet's comment about Viki, for shows where you really need to be taking notice 90+% of the time Viki is so good because they even translate signs and messages on phones so you know exactly what is going on

They basically have every drama you put in your polls and the subtitles are the best (for Mr. Queen they even explained little things so we'd be able to understand better). They truly care and have teams of dedicated fans from Korea and other countries who subtitle each show.
