Still busy at these storyboards! I know, I know, you must be tired of them. I'm gonna mix it up soon OKAY!!! For now look at these!
I haven't been uploading super frequently, mainly because there's nothing particularly new to say about this. It's progressing swimmingly! Actually, I've finished my share of the first part so a good most of these drawings are from part 2. It's all one story, though.
That one Sonic face there, where his back is turned and he's looking behind, I really like that. I'm hoping that's gonna be a good little chuckle. I was aiming for a "Really dude? Can we just chill out for 5 seconds?" kind of expression.
Speaking of expressions, there's a lot from Eggman in this one! I like to think I'm getting better at drawing his face; it's really difficult to do specific expressions with someone whose eyes you almost never see. I'm doin it though!
In the fourth image there, you can see the Eggmobile switched to "analog mode." Basically it turns into a bulky tricycle. I thought that was a pretty fun idea. For a lot of these he's gonna be chugging behind in that thing, physically pedaling himself along.
Tomorrow, I sort of want to shift focus to another project for a different channel. It's a big Startcast animation. I'm handling the storyboarding there, but it's been a few weeks since I've touched it. That one SHOULD be really easy to finish up, it's gonna be super simple staging and stuff. There's a lot of exciting stuff planned for that, I can't wait to tell you all more about it.
And LASTLY, YES YES I am still going to make the Aqua Teen Kirby Short just like I promised in the stretch goals! To be frank, I hit the first goal Way quicker than I anticipated and I'm kind of super preoccupied with other things at the moment. This Mashed video and the Startcast video are obligations I've made to other people prior to these stretch goals so I'm going to have to prioritize them. Like I've promised, though, the next project I work on for my own channel IS going to be that stretch goal. I won't forget.
