The results are in and the winner is: Construction worker - a man down on his luck (coercion from your side theme)
Some general idea (not final):
- He will have financial problem due to a particular reason, you'll provide the aid in exchange for you-know-what.
- There will be quite a bit of reluctance on his part due to his strong will and principle.
- He is on your payroll but are you really the boss of him?
