Bread and Water
Added 2025-01-07 19:14:27 +0000 UTCSo I did a google search for what you should eat after food poisoning, which is what I think happened Friday night. And no, it wasn't my mother's home cooked dinner. How could you even think that?!?!?! :p
Seriously though, the answer was really simple foods: bananas, rice, applesauce, toast, soda crackers, plain grits, and plain oatmeal. Basically stuff that is very light and simple.
So that is what I did. I went back over the store and got more apple juice, which I am drinking watered down with 50% water and 50% juice. I also bought some throat lozenges, because my voice is still totally messed up.
Then I went to the nearest market, which is only a few blocks away, and got some tea biscuits and lemon/honey tea.
And that's all I am eating: bread and water (basically but not literally). And that is helping! :D YAY!
The mistake I made with the oatmeal Tuesday morning was to not have it plain. I eat it with nuts, blueberries, yogurt, and honey. It was too much.

Thanks! It's not my first time with it either, but this might be the worst one.
