Comic - Oktoberfest 2024 Part 2
Added 2024-10-12 18:20:24 +0000 UTCI am not going to lie. I am struggling today. The error filled pages early this morning were just the start of it. Sadly, my day has basically gone downhill from there. I am not going to go into details, because I don't want to be a whiner. :P
But just know that if this installment isn't quite up to my usual quality, then I apologize. I can't even tell if it is or not, so I hope that you enjoy it and that you are having a better day than I. :)

It is definitely celebrated in certain places and communities, but it's not a national thing everywhere.

2024-10-14 21:32:00 +0000 UTCI once read that in some US cities, German festivals are still celebrated to this day. Unfortunately, I’m not sure if that’s the case for Canadian cities. But yeah, if I hadn’t been stationed in Bavaria as a soldier back then, I probably never would’ve gone. It was about 600 kilometers from my home, and I never thought it was worth the trip. But when you're already in the region, like I was, and it's that time of year, you really should check it out and enjoy the atmosphere. The people there are unique, but during Oktoberfest, the vibe is phenomenal and one of a kind. 😄

2024-10-13 10:09:26 +0000 UTCI'm really enjoying the comic so far. When I was stationed in Bavaria for an extended time, around the year 2000, it was almost a tradition to visit the Oktoberfest. Even though I wasn’t stationed in Munich but further south, that wasn’t a problem since it’s celebrated in almost every Bavarian city. It was a fantastic time, and your comic captures some of the thoughts I had back then perfectly... whether it’s the growing breasts or the bimbofication while the delicious beer dripped onto the skin of the barmaids, or when we shared a liter of beer together... Well... that was 24 years ago, and I still have my Bavarian outfit hanging in the closet - even though I can’t fit into it anymore^^
