Added 2024-09-04 13:18:22 +0000 UTCI had this whole plan in my head to try something really cool today, and then post it for those of you at the $10 and $15 tiers. However, I discovered that my version of Daz can't do what I wanted to do when I attempted to do it this morning. In fact, I would have to purchase the Animate 2 plug-in for Daz if I wanted to do it. That plug-in costs almost $100 and it is just not something I want to invest in right now.
On the good side of things, this might explain why I struggle with animation in Daz Studio. Apparently you get Animate 2 free for a month when you first install Daz. However, Daz then turns off a bunch of the more advanced animation features of Animate 2 after that month. Then you're stuck with Animate Lite, which is what I've been trying to use all along.
I've been using Daz for years now and had no clue that this was the case. I knew Animate 2 was a thing, but I didn't know that this was how it worked. That my Daz with Animate Lite had a ton of features turned off. :/
Anyway, I will cobble something together to post for all of you tomorrow. :)
