MI Stuff- Arrowhead

Arrowheads are one of many classes of Martian dragon worms; predatory worms known for their aggressive hunting style. They are potentially one of the largest known animals in the Mare, but it's hard to say for certain since they are extremely flexible and their length variable. Not to mention that their "anchor" is often rooted inside of deep fissures and impossible to accurately measure. They are soft bodied and muscular.
For the most part arrowheads lay on the sea floor and use their sickle-shaped head as a sort of dowsing rod, following stimuli to food sources. Their favored prey is usually other sessile animals, which they digest externally. During lean times, however, arrowheads are known to come out of the water to chase after food sources... They achieve this by tying tight knots out of their own bodies, forcing pressure, organs and "lymph" into the head region to achieve enough rigidity to stand upright. They favor angular formations, though the reason for this is currently unknown*

It does shoot out some other stuff tho for external digestion purposes, that will ideally be in Monday's page if I am able to finish Monday's page by actual Monday this week haha ha *dies*

2015-09-27 20:05:32 +0000 UTCahhhh jesus christ. I thought that thigh fungus was arrow head baby or something, but that's not true, is it. This is just going to eat them both. Alternate theory is that everyone on MARS is infected with thigh fungus, but it only grows when presented with the right subterranean martian conditions and injury?
