Hi Chris, thanks for pining that out, it is possible because we switched files some time ago on chitubox and it fix usually something like that so maybe try that. Also please write us a private message

2021-08-09 11:28:02 +0000 UTCThe Cyber Spinner from the Welcome Pack (Pre-supported) seems to have many holes and issues with the model (which I haven't been able to repair). I printed it out, but it had many problems including holes and voids in the model; any chance of providing a repaired and updated model?

2021-08-08 10:40:16 +0000 UTCThe regular supported files appear to be fine tuned to TFM printer settings. My experience thus far is they are easier to get failed prints with. The user friendly ones are a bit more robust and less likely to fail if you don't have the exact settings TFM uses.
