Nearly forgot about it, but thought I managed to sub an hour before Pacific midnight, but guess I messed up and it was too late already, because I wasnt charged for renewal since and the sync download was already taken down then. Titan Forge does a better job, so it's weird to me I have so many problems with the Cyber Forge version using the same websites where I'm having to try multiple times each month to hope for a good time/day to download from sync (biggest problem being the download all button being horrible, once it starts usually works okay).

You guys really need to start looking at alternative methods, every month there's lots of people complaining about sync

Thank you. Ps on downloading. At release is always harder. Either try downloading at less peak times or wait a few days. Sync is overwhelmed at the beginning of the month every month.

2020-11-02 16:02:43 +0000 UTCWhile that "will work", I don't have hours to download each file and verify it, and frankly in 2020 that is kind of ridiculous (not to mention ironic for "cyberpunk" files!). I sent a DM to Cyberforge and they acknowledged the file distribution sucks -- IMO this should be their top priority to fix. As I said, if people get too frustrated with it Cyberforge will lose subscribers, and I'd hate to see that, their products are excellent.

2020-11-02 15:14:40 +0000 UTCMy best work around for the failing downloads is to download all folders separately, if the folder fails, then individual files in that folder. its time consuming but we have a whole month to do it.

Been trying to download all morning and just keep waiting for the one lucky download that succeeds like I did last month. As a digital content company, having reliable access to your files is essential; at this point even a simple Dropbox folder would be better than what you have. I love your amazing products, but I'm worried some of your subscribers will start looking elsewhere for content if they can't get the files they are paying for without jumping through these frustrating hoops.

A temporary link on Mega/Dropbox/WeTransfer/Whatever via private message, maybe? As I understand you have some limitations to offer download options, I also think this is really frustrating for the user. I'm really happy with the miniatures each month, but a little bit disappointed with this issue :( sync.com doesn't work in my case. I tried 3 times. Download failed after some minutes. No luck...
