Only just as I went to upload this did I remember about the gag variants... so err... I guess I'll update the post with this tomorrow.
I'm feeling a bit better about my selection areas with the cut & grad technique, but some of the colour choices are a bit dark. I need to be more daring with the highlights.

I want to chime in and praise your gorgeous artwork. It really does look like a professional comic that Marvel could’ve actually published. Curious to see where this goes. I’m personally hoping to see some titillating unmasking peril, drawn out each step of the way (it’s so disappointing when an unmasking is rushed and glossed over). It’d be great to see Spider-Woman acting defiantly but with clear concern for her identity as the Hangman threatens to unmask her. The villain tugging at her mask, mocking her as he gradually peels it off and partially exposes her face. Spider-Woman fighting like hell only to have him yank it clean off. The aftermath with him commenting on her beauty while she stares back in anger, shock, and indignation. …wow, I didn’t mean to write all of that! You’ve probably got your story planned out and I’m certainly not in a position to be scripting for you. But a fan can dream! Keep up the good work. I look forward to seeing the rest. Hope Jess will come out fine and on top after being dragged through a few lows!
