Another thing, any hints on how the timeframe of the story will be, will it all be set on this stormy night or are we gonna follow a longer time period with Jessica being held captive for quite some time.

I love the look on Jess's face, she definitely looks nervous maybe even scared, as I said in an earlier post dealing with the Hangman has to be the worse for her because unlike other supervillains his sole purpose is kidnapping her and holding her captive, I like the dual flashback thing, showing how each character views their first encounter in a different light, I hope they have some verbal interaction before Jess gets the gag, nothing better than a defiant damsel, makes her being a helpless prisoner so much better.

Damn this is great. Awesome call back to the original series.

This is a fantastic throwback, I love the way you’ve drawn this, even showing the original rope work from the original comic.

I absolutely adore the lighting on that last pic of Jess being bound. I also had some moments like that in some comics. I remember one of these instances involved two characters and the guy says to the girl: "Hey, you sure you wanna go with me?" Then the next panel was him also saying: "What? I worry about you." For the longest time, I thought she was retorting with the weirdest reasoning XD

Call me crazy but I think that's the best look of his beard, even though you've already said it's not going to be permanent. I like your flashback approach, really nice touch. My only Patreon that I've subscribed and you make it so worthwhile.

I never read the original comic, but this definitely seems like an in-universe flashback, to me. You can totally tell that not only is she having a complete PTBE (post-traumatic bondage experience) moment, but that he's looking back on fond memories, too! Can't wait to see how she reacts in the upcoming page(s)!

An outstanding homage to the original while also serving a nice addition to the new tale you're telling. Bravo!
