All of these files have been added to the Premium Archive. The cover has been added to the Full Comic download, as well as the first ZIP of pages 1 to 10.

It should be there, but it's just the ZIP and PDF of the whole thing. It's not broken into parts, so it might be difficult to see among the rest.
