Status Update

Alright, all the animations are done! Mj's took a little longer than I had anticipated based on the other two, probably because of her hair, but I suppose it came out alright. Gonna let my PC rest for a day then render out the final few bust images I need for the intro quest to get the update out. Oh yeah! Gotta get the obligatory MC shower render in there too! Heh. Then I'll start rendering out the museum scene, redo, Laura's first scene and the scene at Zeal Prep. Maybe even bang out Mj's office scene as well.

MZ wise, I've been working on the party chat stuff and updating the phone system. Sadly I don't think I'm going to be able to set it up the way I want due to the limitations of the plugin that I'm using but I'll get it serviceable for now until I can change it in the future. If the feature I want is ever added to the plugin that is. The current way I'm doing it isn't bad, it's just not how I'd prefer to do it. Ah well.

If I'm productive, which is a big if, I should be able to get things to a point where I'm ok with releasing the update by Sunday. If not, it'll come out sometime next week. I'll say this again when I release the update but I'm not going to block you from advancing past the new renders (currently just the opening intro quest). But now that I think about it, there aren't too many scenes in the game atm. There's the museum stuff, which will be updated next (not the actual museum, once the prologue is out in full I'll start doing polls to see what people want me to do next), the forest scene with the bear, the home scene where MJ explains she's a succubus, Jessica's photoshoot and scene, Elise's scene(s), and... I think that's it. I'll be adding way more renders though, if not full scenes at least busts for all conversations.

Anyway, for those that plan on playing the full update, scenes be damned (which I recommend as I could use the feedback), I'll give you a heads up when you should make dedicated saves so that you can just hop in and see new renders as opposed to having to replay the entire update each time I add new renders.
