2nd COVID Vaccine Dose
Added 2021-07-23 17:18:06 +0000 UTCSo I had my 2nd dose of the vaccine yesterday afternoon, and now I am feeling fairly wiped out. I don't think it will affect the comic release tomorrow, but I will keep you advised.
I felt fine all last night, just a sore arm. Felt fine when I got up this morning, but then I went for my usual Friday morning walk and felt fairly tired on the way back. Not good tired, but like wore out. Not exhausted either, but more than just "a little tired".
Got myself a mocha and muffin at the end of the walk like I usually do. Eating those didn't help. In fact they didn't go down well at all. Basically went back to bed after breakfast (the mocha and muffin) for an hour. Still not feeling great.
Not bad, but not normal or 100% either.
Gonna go back to bed again here shortly.
Just wanted to keep you all in the loop. :)

I could have powered through and worked all day, but I figured I might as well just relax and recuperate. I worked earlier in the week in case this happened. In the meantime, I watched both seasons of Love, Death, and Robots on NetFlix! :D It's really good!

And after 3 to 4 weeks you're fully protected. I must be a lucky basterd, no side effects whatsoever. Got my second dose 10 days ago at 10:00AM went to work the same day at 10:30PM

2021-07-23 17:44:11 +0000 UTCDamn; they should have told you not to plan anything because the reaction to the second shot can be really bad and disabling about 24 hours after receiving it, and lasts 1 to 2 days. Just rest up.
