Added 2023-02-13 20:21:13 +0000 UTCOkay, so we have a whole bunch of updates, bugfixes, and new content, coming atcha! First up, lets' talk about everybody's favorite, DtgA ReBorn- where all the magic happens.
Don't forget that DtgA requires a new save file! If you remove the mod, and then load your save file, shrines will get scrambled. Also, make sure all your essential files are on.
Now- Link is fully geared up, and ready to go. 11 Dungeon Entrances can be found on the map. Next to each one, a gadget chest can be found. A few good spots to search are the Ruined Fort by the Cryonis Shrine, The lake by the Woodland Stable, and Lanayru Promenade.
Not much has changed with the gadgets, so let's move on to the next aspect of ReBorn, Tactical Action Extension. There are 2 new versions this week, both of which I'm very excited about. With the help of a wonderful modder on the hub, I've finally been able to get a rolling animation and a dashing animation for the Unlocked Dodge ability. These two downloads are basically the same, only the one animation is switched, so only use one!
Leveling Up no longer breaks the resting event, saving has been re-enabled because let's be honest, save points are a thing of the past, and changing equipment / eating both now work as intended.
In addition to that, chests have been overhauled on the world map. Now overworld chests contain heartpieces, deployable paragliders, powder kegs, and sheikah balloons. I hope you have fun with some of these new items, and know that there's tons more on the way!
There's lots more to discover, like fully rewritten loading screens, constant auto saving so progress is permanent, and the King's Dialogue, which has been repurposed to explain DtgA's new features.
