2024-01-18 18:34:56 +0000 UTCHey Amber! Usually Loyalty Rewards are reserved for the patrons who have been supporting for a whole complete season. Unfortunately, this Loyalty reward is for October, November and December patrons. Since you joined during November, you were not yet qualified for it.
