Yeah. Mine failed. LOL Your machine's a bit larger than mine. So, peel forces should've been close to the same. Oh, well. As soon as I finish the "must do" prints, I'm going to get around to printing the stuff I WANT to print again. LOL

Eric

Mine printed just fine. I did print it at 100% though on a saturn 2.

Steven Molen

592 Grung Has anyone else had problems with his "pony tail" failing with pre-supports? The first time I printed him, I had scaled him -and others- down via the presupported copies, and almost the entire plate failed. I printed two copies last night, pre-supported, at full scale. They were in different orientations on the plate that would also have different peel forces. Both came out gorgeously... until I got to the hair. I was just curious as to whether this was happening to others,

Eric

Hello again! I'm noticing that this issue with the model being too big is an issue for most of the models in this set. I can send another photo if it would help at all.

Jesse Caine

thanks!

Robert-Jan Van Zoonen

Some users have been printing at 80-85% to match the original D&D size.

Cast n Play

Does anyone have a suggested print size for all the orcs (supported) since they are all just a little to big.

Robert-Jan Van Zoonen

Absolutely. Please send it to contact@castnplay.games

Cast n Play

I don't use discord can I just email you the photo?

Jesse Caine

Hey Jesse, thanks for the feedback! If you could send us that picture on Discord, that'd be awesome. We'll fix it asap. Feel free to post it on the Printing Support channel and tag @velkahn and/or @AlexZ

Cast n Play

I noticed that the Untur Warrior Orc Supported, both Hands and No Hands has a model size that exceeds the actual model size. I can see the model box when, in Chitibox, I toggle on the display size option. I can see that the box that surrounds the model is larger than the model. This can be confusing when I try slice the file and Chitubox tells me that the model exceeds the printing platform, when it very clearly doesn't. I have a screenshot that shows this much better than I can explain.

Jesse Caine

Thank you so much! I got it there

Cristóbal Donoso

It was sent at the start of the month. But don't worry I just manually sent you the email to redeem. Enjoy!

Cast n Play

Did the link for MMM get released already? I didn't get the email to it.

Cristóbal Donoso

Thanks to Eric & Cast n Play. I didn't realize there was a ruler to use. I found another ruler online and tried that, but the mini came out super tiny, and the base messed up and didn't complete.

Jesse Heaton

The base is unique to that model. For some reason, the supported version was missing initially but It has now been updated. Enjoy!

Cast n Play

Noted. Thank you for the feedback. We'll make sure to plan our next release a bit better.

Cast n Play

Hey Jesse! The Rogue Orc is on a 50mm base. If you need them to be a bit smaller, we suggest scaling them down to 85%(ish). There's a ruler in the welcome pack you can use to make sure models are in the scale you need before printing. Please let us know if there's anything else we can help with. Also, don't forget to join our Discord; there's a 3d printing support channel where we will be able to help and go back and forth more quickly.

Cast n Play

Thanks for letting us know. The files have been fixed and updated. Please re-download.

Cast n Play

FYI, in the Throwback collection the Rhino Caravan (Model 420) has an error in on of the lys supported files. Specifically, the supported file on the big Rhino has an abnormal glob of material on the bottom of the left front foot that should not be there. The bottom of the foot should be bare.

Arman

Thanks! We're looking into it. It'll be updated asap.

Part of what CnP gives you when you join - and it's helped me tremendously with their models AND others, is a ruler. You can import it into your slicer with an unsupported model and measure it up. Then, if you need to alter the size, you get an idea of what changes you need to make. Just be careful if you alter .stl files of presupported models, as it DOES change the supports, too, which can cause failures (I had FIVE waiting for me this morning, as I forgot that point in my hurry to print last night. LOL).

Eric

Supported Base of Orc Warchief is missing ;)

Thomas Kusch

It is in the unsupported filed folder for the orc chief. It's not pre-supported.

Brant B

Supported base (decimated) of the Orc Warchief is missing

Arman

Where is it? I can't seem to find it either

Arman

What base is the Rogue figure standing on? I can't seem to find it in the files. Also are the orc characters 32mm or bigger? I really like these guys' designs but I'm needing him to be a medium sized figure. Side note I'm extremely new to 3D printing, so please forgive me if these are stupid questions.

Jesse Heaton

These models look fantastic. We had a small let down, however, at my table. One of our players, who is playing an orc in our monster game, was super excited to get a Cast n play fig for her PC, but when we grabbed the files, she was disappointed to find that there were no fem bodied figs in the set image. Hope to see a spread of genders in future releases that have an ancestry theme.

Well-stated! This is why I've been a Patron since August 2021, and it's the only Patreon I've subscribed to every month, and will continue to do so (their crowdfunding campaigns are great, too).

Rosewood

Disregard I found it.

Brant B

What Base is the Orc Chief standing on? I can't seem to find the scatter accompanying his base.

Brant B

Thank you so much for the kind words and for noticing. We try very hard to always release on time without sacrificing quality. We're now working towards having painted models, photographs with color schemes, and videos of the painted models on release day. We're getting faster, but not quite there yet. Expect photographs of the painted minis in a few days :) Enjoy the set!

Cast n Play

All the models look great but one thing many may forget is you're always ready for the term. "Cast n Play" delivers on time and the term is complete, it's not piecemealed throughout the month and that's a huge time saver for us who have over 60 Patreons, MMF Tribes and others to download from. I applaud you for the high quality and consistency of your models and the professionalism of your delivery. Thank you very much.
