Hi Manuel. All your models should be in your MMF Library synced. No need to download and store them in your Hard Drive every month, you can access them directly on MMF.

Drive does have issues when downloading the full monthly folder. For some reason it skips A LOT of files. Dropbox and Sync are complete. Also, the files have been synced to your MMF Library so you will not lose access to any of the files, regardless of downloading them from any of the links here. Hope this helps. Please let me know if there's anything else I can assist with.

Hi all - I just joined and am looking at the March files before they go away tomorrow! I'm noticing all sorts of issues with files missing in the Google Drive location. I am seeing some of them in the Drop box version but now I don't know what is what. Does anyone have a reliable COMPLETE collection of the files? Should I be using the links above? It's a Drive bug. It downloads and zips things and then there's a lot of them missing. The best and most reliable way is to grab the models directly from your MMF library (we sent invite emails a couple of days ago).

Hello! Really good work with the minis, I really love them, they will fit the pirate part of my campaing really well. I just wanted to comment that the drive link has the .DS_Store files all over the folders, it might be a good idea to delete them before uploading ^^ Have a good day!

Try it with a download manager like Free Download Manager, and it becomes usable.

The model should not be zipped. Are you downloading from Drive or Sync? Drive does weird things and zips files together when it's too heavy. I'd suggest using sync to download regardless of it being slower.

I was new to this, and I agree with their comment that printing at 85% is good for D&D miniatures. But, I think at full scale, they work just fine. And, frankly, these have better detail. Also, the light supports, I found, fail when you scale them down. So, I had to create my own supports when scaling them down. It also makes them hard to paint.

There is one. Are you not accidentally looking at the travelers archive? That one does not include throwback. It is there in the heroes archive in the root folder.

Where's the image files for this month's new releases and the throwback? It'd be really great if you guys could standardise the releases format. Each month seems to be different from the last in terms of folder names, where the art is found, where the posters are, etc.

Hey there - I'm unable to get the July release via Google Drive. It does try to download in three zips, but each fails with Network Error after I tell it where to save the files. I am downloading other patreon releases as I'm writing this with no issue, so ... Is there something going on with your Google Drive or these files perhaps?

If you are having problems with servers, Artisan's guild uses/had to switch to "sync" to handle downloads. I'm not attached to any particular platform so long as it doesn't require some 3rd party account setup. (well, actually I do want MMF redeeming).

Bases are 1 in. Characters are scaled to 32mm. If you want them to be 28mm-compatible all you need to do is scale them in your slicer ~85% before printing :) Cheers!

Drive is really odd...somehow downloads on it have gotten to the point where they always fail when using Chrome, but I can download them in Edge/Firefox without issue. If you have issues might try another browser.

Google Drive was almost unusable this month - each file taking multiple attempts, and several times downloads that read with the right size still somehow managed to be empty Zip files. Bad as you may find Sync, it would have been better, since Sync at least supports Resuming downloads.

I would ask that you do something all of my other Patreons do - please zip each folder and place it at the top level. It is so much easier to download 3 zip files or 4 zip files than download each directory.. especially because it seems to split the larger directories (presupported) into 2 or 3 zip files, as opposed to just 1 big file. There seems to be a problem with "Oreth_body.stl" from the Throwback, it will not load up but the Pre-Supported one will just fine. Please let me know if I can get one that will open? I did try down loading it several times and it still failed.

Yea... the download fails for me as well, even with most of the individual files. And it is going insanely slow, so it takes forever to get to the fail. (this is with business class broadband that is extremely fast and stable).

I didn't know about airbridge, will look into it, Sync, unfortunately has had so many issues in the past and complains (I've talked to other patrons that use Sync as their main way to distribute their STLS) I doubt it'd be better than Dropbox. Another possible solution would be to send access to the MMF files early in the month and then send them again at the end of the month to all new subscribers. Could be an option, too. We'll keep working on this and have a final decision very soon. Cheers!

I have seen that a few others that are dealing with MMF are also using sync and airbridge. So far their transition has been flawless. I wish you the best of luck in fixing this.

You're 100% correct. I understand what you're saying and don't get me wrong, I don't expect you to find solutions to these problems, it is not your job, it's ours. We're constantly working towards fixing these issues, but it takes time to update and upload our whole catalog and that's the reason why it moves slower than everyone would want. But it'll get done, trust me. We're currently working on the MMF Syncing and updating all the backlog while looking for alternatives to Dropbox. I just wanted to be straightforward, because today I, unfortunately, don't have any solution to this issue. Working on it, but not yet solved. Hopefully, for next month's we'll be doing some tests with other providers.

I did finally get things downloaded but there are plenty of other providers. It is quite bad in my opinion to ask people to basically either wait or come up with a solution themselves. If it was a one time issue I could understand but I have seen the issue being ongoing. As a new patron it is almost disheartening and kind of makes the novice steer away.

Some patrons have said using a VPN has helped this issue, but I can't tell for sure :(

The other way would be waiting a bit until files are uploaded to MMF, which will hapen in about 10 days for now. We know that Dropbox sucks sometimes I'm not sure what the solution to this issue is....have you tried another browser? Some people have said VPN has helped downloading the files when encountering this issue too, but I can not say for sure. I'm sorry you're having these problems :(

In the New Releases section, the 307. Dohnul files in Pre-Supported STL's, in big caps for the main body the file says "THIS FILE WILL BE FIXED ON MONDAY.stl".... did it get fixed?

Is anyone else having trouble getting Dropbox to load? I'm using a VPN (Thanks to Great Firewall of China) and have always been able to get through to the site until about a week ago... Now it will not load for me. Other sites such as MyAirBridge and MMF work fine, just not Dropbox. HELP!

They can be found in the regular throwback. All modular bits (like hands) are not pre-supported so that you can scale them to match any of our previous models.

After messing around with it a little more and comparing it to the digital picture, it seems to be the right size- but some of the wave bumps stick up where the model would attach. Should I just be trimming down any of the waves that get in the way?

This stuff is super cool! I'm glad to be a patron. Bit of an odd question, but do the bases for the minis need to be scaled at all before printing? I printed the presupported aboleth and aboleth base, and it seems the right scale but the aboleth cannot fit on it. Any advice?

I've had that problem before with dropbox when my VPN is turned off (For some reason). This might be a long shot, but It has worked for me with both uploads and downloads. Give it a shot

It looks like you've started to use a new organization system for the releases, previously you were just numbering the file folders however the latest files are being grouped into a single folder labeled 23, which I think matches the number of months of releases. Do you have a list of files by month for reorganizing prior files? It's not a big deal but I'm starting to realize that my previous non organization system is making finding a specific model harder than necessary.

Is anybody else having problems with supported files?. For me they fail 3 times out of 4. I've tried with all kind of exposure times (from 8 to 16 secs, and from 60 to 100 secs for first layers). i've used abs-like and washable resins. In an Elegoo Mars printer. Any idea about how to fix this? It's quite frustrating. EDIT: However, no fails happen when printing non supported files with my own custom supports. Anyway, models are terrific. Keep the good work!!!!

Aren't Kafteros_A and Kafteros_B the same file? even supported (but Kafteros_B is upside down). In fact, I miss the figure shown in the sample images

Is it possible to get the Dragon rider file Main.stl broken apart into two pieces. The piece is too large to print on an Elegoo Mars. Every other file related to the Dragon Rider fits , but with the rider on top the model is just too tall to print at full scale.

I really dislike the new release cadence and it appears many people are being affected by it. Being given only 15 days to download the full month's release is very restrictive. I'd much rather have the download available for a full 30 days, be it by staggered release or releasing them all at once at the beginning of the month. It's not very advantageous to get to download half the models early in the month if we still have to come back again in the same month to download the second pack.

I seem to be on the 139 & 140 boat as well.. I think I also missed all of last week since I don't have 147-151.. Man I need to tighten up my download schedule..

I can understand Lisa's concern. No matter when you join during the month, you pay the same, so you should get the same. A person that joined at the beginning of the month likely gets models that a person that joined at the end of the month doesn't get, but they paid the same for the same period. So I agree, it's a strange system that de-incentivizes people from joining toward the end of the month, as they simply get less.

Hi, I was just downloading the "96_Angel Justicar" files, and the "SplitParts" files for model "B" seem to be about 10x larger than the other models. Is that right? Or does it matter?

Lisa its a rolling release over the month, so the sooner that you sign up the better. They release 4 waves over the month , one each week comprising about 3 sets of models which then replace the oldest sets in the archive.

Forgive me if this is a silly question, but when I go into the folder for the Butcher Demon, in the 'Split Parts' folder there is a sub-folder for A and C, but I do not see ones for B and D. Hi Lisa, we understand your concern, but there are two main things you’re getting by subscribing now that you would not get by waiting until the start of next month. 1. You are still getting some of August’s models before they cycle out this weekend. (32 models) 2. September’s throwback minis (15 models) Don’t feel like you’re getting less by subscribing at the end of the month, you’re not. Hope that makes sense, thanks for the support and welcome aboard!

So let me get your system straight a person who joins on the first day of the month potentially gets everything from the previous month and well as everything from the current month and a person who joins on the last day of the month only gets the models from the current month even though both paid the same amount of money. Somehow this doesn't seem quite fair. I joined today and I love your stuff but I now realize I would have been better off to wait til the first of next month since I would have pretty much gotten almost the same amount of models. Although I guess I am better off than if I had waited til the 30th. Any how your stuff is really nice.

HI i just signed up to Merchant level. When i view the NEW releases it starts with folder 57 in the archieve and nothing before that? Is that correct or am i missing something? I cant see downloads for the Bandits for example. Just a PNG image?
