Many years ago when I just started singing Beatles and went to perform in Liverpool we discussed Deep Purple with one woman. She was a real fan and I said - "I don't like any songs of Deep Purple, just not my type of music.." She said - "What??? How about Soldier Of Fortune? You should hear this one". I did later, I didn't feel it still... But then years after I love that, I love that atmosphere of the 70s music and I just feel it, maybe because here in 2022 it has a totally different scent..
