I thought this movie came out a long time ago.

They kept too many elements of the original book for it to make sense. The time bubble, the dirt fart thing, Juliet, the kidnapping, Bulter being a badass, Artemis being a "genius criminal mastermind". But then scrapped EVERYTHING that made the books good. Speaking as a fan who refuses to watch this movie because of how much they butchered it.
