Bowser’s fire is magic. Explicitly. It’s described that way in Bowser’s Inside Story because it comes out of a magic pipe in his throat that does nothing but shoot out fire. All the time.

2021-10-10 12:55:36 +0000 UTCTwo things I noticed that seemed odd, but could be explained as aspects of his powers. The first being that Bowser’s narration of events was equally detailed when he was inside his shell as when he was outside his shell, implying a level of awareness he shouldn’t have unless he has magic senses or something. The other being that there’s no way he should’ve been able to do lasting damage to the Nomu, unless Magic was involved.
