This is an interactive video! Dress in something comfortable. Find a space where you will not be disturbed. Room at least to move around. If you don't have much room, you can adapt to whatever space you have, anyone that is injured can also share in the experience, just do what you can with what you've got.

But you can put on any music you feel like....and YES! you might feel strange, silly, weird, alien, if you're not used to freestyle dancing, but that's why I am here to guide you! Follow my voice....I will guide you.

I removed the music from my video, so that you can hear my voice clearly and add whatever music you want.
