Looking at toxic relationships

September it seems has a glitch.....technology and me as warned in the stars are not aligning...

if this continues, I may just meditate through the rest of the month, go offline and see you in October!!!!

aw appreciate that, thanks

I don’t think your sexiness will fade, it hasn’t faded one bit in all these years. You’re even sexier than the first time I saw you.

It’s been quite a journey watching you over the years. Admittedly, which I have shared with you before, I originally started watching you just for the reason that I find you extremely attractive. Your passion and your art has always been very motivating and nothing short of inspiring. If you went away tomorrow I would be pretty bummed I no longer got to watch you and enjoy seeing you. But I’d know you’re doing what you want, on your terms, pursuing what meaning and happiness you desire, and that’s also very important. We all have one life to live and we have to do that however we see fit. I’ll support you and enjoy you how I can for however long I can. I originally came for your sexiness, but ive stayed largely in part to how genuine you are and how mesmerizing I find the way you’ve traversed life and how different it is from mine. Your beauty hasn’t changed through the years, but the journey has and it’s been quite a ride.

Hey Suze, oh my God watching this video is a bit like reading the book of my life! And yes I was in a very toxic marriage for 12 years, I guess not realising at first, but subtle changes in the relationship over time all build up to the extent that they become the norm and you don't want to question or argue back as it makes the whole relationship worse and you find yourself going along with everything as it's the easier option to take than to stand your ground and say no I am not accepting this life. I also think male pride has a lot to play in these types of relationships, it's easier to accept the bullying and nagging than it is to stand up and admit that the relationship is a failure, and I also think that for men dealing with that stigma that their relationship is not in the best of health is always a tough thing to address where the outside world see a persona of everything being perfect whereas the reality of what happens behind closed doors is a total opposite. From my experience it's probably cost me 20 years of my life, not just the time spent married, but the time lost recovering from it once it finally falls apart. It's one of the most difficult things to get over, the longing to have a partner and company in your life versus the fear of being in another toxic relationship that puts you back into a spiral of depression, and for me personally it's taken over 10 years to just recently realise that yes I put barriers in place to protect myself, from putting on weight and allowing my appearance and health to suffer as a form of not looking attractive to anyone, which i guess is the ultimate way of staying single, to also guarding and hiding my emotions because again if you don't feel anything then you can't be hurt by anyone. I mean I still have a long way to go, and I am starting to enjoy life again, and a lot is down to the help from Suze especially the 4 and a bit days we shared together which were a huge turning point, knowing that you can share someone's time and company without the fear of them having a hair trigger waiting for the smallest excuse to fly of the handle. So to summarise your question what have I gotten out of your presence over the last 6 years, well I got my life back.

Welsh Stu
