My beloved best friend died, he was poisoned. Grief is intense but it works through us. The extent of our love is the extent of our grief.
I have taken a few days off. I know those of you that know me will know he was my closest companion, far better than any human I have met.
I buried him the day after in the field opposite my house with the help of some friends.
I cried like i have never cried, two full days. I was surprised at my strength. I did not fall apart, I just let grief take its course. So many of my friends held space in amazing ways, either by phone, with healing sessions or in person. I was so grateful.
Grateful to you too, for those that have stayed to support me, its not a great way to start the month
But everything must be as it should be and so therefore there must be a silver lining, all of which I will share in my next vlog
