A time to go within.
To be with ourselves, and see what comes up.
Gone for some, are the layers of work, busyness, social engagements, and room for stillness.
What is arising for you in this moment?
What fears are coming up?
Which aspects of yourself are showing up? Wanting acknowledgement, asking for you to sit with them. Fear? panic? Sanity? insanity? Restlessness? Boredom? Curiosity?
A time to reflect on your life, and all the aspects that are good and those that are maybe not so good.
If we want, this time can have a silver lining...

How many layers of what is unwanted within you, can you remove?
