It sounds like patrons still aren't choosing a new tier when they edit their pledge, they're just changing the "choose what you pay" section of the pledge editor (example above)"

Please read this and the post I made earlier today, where you will need to check your settings and follow the instructions.
Patrons CHOOSING A NEW TIER (Surprise Me!) please select "new tier" don't change the amount you pledge under the Authenticity Challenge, and when you sign up to the new tier you get ALL the content from the tiers below included in your $50, which means you get the Authenticity Challenge AND Surprise Me!
