One of the main characters is stoic and magically strong and the other is enthusiastic and physically strong but has no magic whatsoever. They have been rivals for the same goal for most of their lives as they grew up in the same orphanage, with most people looking down on the enthusiastic one for his lack of magic, although the stoic one still considers him his rival
