廢棄處理室，位於實驗室的下層。一個充滿積水、潮溼、瀰漫著孢子並堆滿雜物的房間，泡在廢水與培養液中的不知名物體覆蓋著汙垢和蕈類，等待被分解之後被抽水管抽上去重新製造成營養液。半毀的EXIT綠燈在牆角的位置。每週會有清潔機械進行清理分解程序，牆角有設置有大量層架。
Beneath the Secret Lab lies the Waste Treatment Room, a place characterized by stagnant water, dampness, and a lingering spore-filled environment. The room is cluttered with submerged, unidentifiable objects covered in grime and fungi, all awaiting decomposition. These items are later pumped back through drainage pipes for reprocessing into nutrient fluids. In one corner, a partially damaged EXIT green light can be found.
To execute this decomposition process, cleaning machines work once a week. The room is also equipped with numerous shelves placed in the corners.
