*Update- access issues for All-Access Members*

I have received a few direct messages from All-Access Members who are unable to view any of the paid posts, community chats, etc. Everyone who has messaged me is showing up to date as a paid All-Access Member on my end, which makes me feel like there is some glitch. One of the members informed me that their issue has been resolved, as they can now re-access everything; however, Patreon is treating them as a new member, requiring them to rejoin all community chats. To make matters even more bizarre, when they couldn’t access things on my page, they went to other Patreons they are paid members of and found that those memberships were not affected, indicating that this issue is isolated to my page specifically.
I'm unsure what is going on, but I wanted to let everyone know that I am looking into it. In the meantime, if you are experiencing this, would you first try logging out and logging back in to see if that resets things for you? If it does not help, please comment below or DM me.
