Pocket rocket with a TCR inspired widebody and some track oriented performance upgrades.

- Removed encryption
- Wheels changed to BBS RG-R or BBS CS with extension
- Accurate plates from TMCharly removable with extension
- Updated paints, some shaders/textures and the rear lights
- Fixed COCKPIT_LR issue
- AO mapped some not yet mapped bits
Brand new bugs: LODS not updated with new changes, poor one out for the homie, Simplygon is simply gone.
