Rough month. Picked up Rebelle 5 Pro during its ten dollar, ten year anniversary sale, and been playing around with it to try to help me out of this rut. I've been drowning some of my sadness in a one month sub to Final Fantasy 14, so I figured I'd take a screenshot that had my character at an angle I liked, I would try painting it in the program. Used Oil brushes for everything but the feathers of the chocobo helmet and the background, of which I used the Watercolor brushes.

There are some fiddly bits, but I'm really enjoying some of what this program can do. I don't think it's quite capable of allowing me to do anything at a grand scale just yet, but for simple character imagery, I think it's been a fun change of pace, being able to sit down and knock something like this out relatively cleanly.
