DoD Release + Monthy Changes

I mentioned before that I have some changes planned, so I'll lay it out here. Starting November 1st, I've decided to swap to monthly billing rather than by paid posts. For the vast majority of you, this won't functionally change anything - I have been putting out a new story every month for quite a while now. But it does have some nice advantages for new folks.
I will still release a story of at least 10,000 words every month. Most of the time it will be longer (the TAP books run from 20-35k words, as an example) but every once in a while I'll still write a DFF-style short story. If for whatever reason I don't have time to release something that month, I won't charge anyone. You guys are awesome and I don't want to screw anyone over. The only reason I set this thing up for "per story" originally was because at the time I was only writing like 3-4 stories a year.
In practice, it's not really any different than what I'm doing now. So why bother? Well, once I'm sure the monthly thing works I'll set up a "charge immediately" function which will let new folks sign up, get charged, and then receive all of their due rewards without having to wait weeks and weeks and weeks. This will be much better for them and ideally be less confusing to boot.
