This stuffing Is what me and my mother make every year for Thanksgiving! On this specific dish I use half the amount I typically would use for Thanksgiving!
I use 4 potatoes, 4 carrots, 4 stalks of celery, 2 pounds of ground beef, 2 packages of bacon— normally I would double all of this for Thanksgiving for a 26lbs turkey— but for this meal I used a 6 pound chicken.
Now your plan is to use 8 cups of water per 4 cubes of chicken bouillon for your chicken stock!
