Quick update!

For winners of the previous grinder comp, please ensure I have your addresses within the next 12 hours.

I also wanted to take a moment to say I will be moving to Portugal on Thursday! I'll still be doing everything I do now.

And I'll be making frequent trips back to the States. After the initial 5 or 6 months, I'll be back every 2-3 months.

Because I have no help and do this all on my own, I wasn't able to prepare the rest of the equipment for you all before moving. So, they are safely stored in Arkansas and I'll make sure to host comps with multi winners every trip back!

Packing up our whole house, dealing with bureaucracy, prepping two young children, etc, for a cross globe move has been, well, intense. Toss in content creation, my full time job at Onyx, coaching Morgan, and other random side things I'm working on (shhhhh), needless to say I've been swamped.

I'm thinking once I hit $3k monthly here, I'll be able to use a portion of that to hire some help once in Porto to host these comps and help me organize. We are close!

Thanks for the support, friends. Get ready for a big Ole increase in the quality of these videos! Really excited about this chapter.

And, if any of you will be in Milan for the WOC, let me know!

I do find the portugese espressos to have a certain flavour, but I have not yet understood what mixture or what roasting makes this. In the same way I find Italian or Turkish coffee to have a kind of national flavour. @Lance if you are out of ideas please explore this!

In Lisbon they call an espresso BICA, some say that this is an abbreviation in portugese meaning something like ”You Drink This With Sugar”…
