hi rotterlings c: so, a bit of lore drop: over the past year, i was working on pieces and applying to creative writing MFA programs. if there's something you should know about MFA's, it's that they are insanely competitive.

unfortunately my top choices are pretty much out of the window now (and ouch, rejected to my non-top choices), which has got me a bit down. so, since the admissions committees did not enjoy these, i figure i'd share it with you guys, who might enjoy 'em at least!

1. body requiem, hung drawn and quartered edition. ther and ronin are back at it again! this essentially is a loose collection of snippets from the complete story - i don't think i can share the full story, just because it is really personal - so here are the more savoury parts, shall we say.

2. rots, a ronin poem. this was not an adcoms submission but today i remembered it existed, hence here we are.

3. introducing the quantum immortality of a wastepaper saint, who introduces someone entirely new to you all, who is also special to me. her name is maya and i love her very much (and yes, she's the default name of kc! as an easter egg, but she is absolutely not the kc mc, at least not this iteration of her because... well... you'll see.)

today kind of sucked because of the soft rejections and official rejections, but it also just makes me so much more grateful for you guys and your support. it's good to know that, even if these Official Literary Institutions aren't a fan of my stuff, that you guys are c: so that is my heartfelt thank you to you. ❤️
