A boy who has always dreamed of wearing a seifuku received a surprise gift from a mysterious sender: a seifuku uniform. He thought it was a very small uniform and that it was probably a joke, although he doesn't remember revealing his secret to anyone, even though the uniform came with a note inviting him to wear the uniform anyway as if it read his thoughts in advance. He finally tries on the uniform, getting a big surprise with it (apart from being turned into an anime girl).
