I hope this message finds you well. First and foremost, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your continued support and encouragement over the years.
Today, I'm writing to share some important news about the future direction of this Fanbox.
Starting next month, this Fanbox will be transitioning from illustration-focused content to game development as the primary creative focus.
I understand this is a significant change, and I sincerely apologize for the sudden nature of this announcement. Please know that this decision wasn't made lightly—it's the result of 9 months of careful consideration and planning.
Since January of this year, my artwork has been continuously plagiarized and redistributed without permission across various platforms.
Initially, I believed that increasing my output and putting in more effort would help overcome these challenges. Unfortunately, except for a brief period in May when the main reposting site was temporarily down, there has been a steady decline. By this month, my supporter count has dropped to approximately half of what it was in January.
As someone who relies on Fanbox as my primary source of income, this has been devastating. While I hoped the platform would take decisive action against these violations, the only response has been an increase in creator fees.
By July, I was seriously considering giving up art entirely. However, after five years of dedication and with the amazing support you've all shown me, I couldn't bring myself to simply walk away.
In this challenging situation, I began exploring new possibilities. The rapid advancement of AI technology has opened doors for independent developers to create games that were previously impossible for solo creators.

Drawing on my programming background from university, I've spent the past three months learning Godot Engine and testing whether I could realistically develop games. I'm happy to report that the results have been promising enough to move forward with this new direction.
My debut game will be a boxing game based on the Nekonana universe.

My existing illustration series will conclude as follows:
- Nekonana: Will end with the vs. Ryoka chapter
- Milky Rabbit: Will conclude with Episode 1
Originally, I planned to complete vs. Iroha and Episode 2 respectively before starting game development next year. However, given the current circumstances, I've had to accelerate this timeline. The continuation of these stories will be explored through the games themselves.
Subscription tiers will remain unchanged until game release, and future posts will be either public or 350 yen tier.
I cannot express enough gratitude to all of you who have supported my creative journey. Your encouragement has meant the world to me.
I'm fully aware that this change may not align with everyone's expectations. While the piracy issues were the immediate catalyst for this decision, the rapid evolution of AI in the creative space suggests this kind of adaptation may have been inevitable anyway.
Game development represents completely uncharted territory for me. Without any prior release experience, this feels like betting everything on a single roll of the dice.
