Cecilia and Charlotte were chosen as candidates to test the new upgrades to the new series of I.S. suits, not knowing that these upgrades were intended to test whether the mental link between I.S. and user can be used to turn users into sex dolls (with an alternative ending at the end where they are turned into figurines so as not to leave any loose ends in the experiment).
