VR Marionettes (story)

Fuyu and Hana are two school friends who attend an all-girls private music preparatory school. Life for both of them is usually boring and monotonous lately, especially since exam time is approaching and so all of their classmates spend most of their time studying for exams. However Fuyu and Hana would rather spend most of their time together playing video games together, even if they don't care about other responsibilities they have to fulfill at that time, every day is the same for them: routinely going to the house of either of them, putting on those VR headsets and playing a fantasy MMO based on virtual reality. They enjoyed that time playing together so much that sometimes they would prefer those times to never end.

In that MMO there are several classes, in the case of Fuyu, she is a Divine Caster Cleric with a blue skin, while in the case of Hana, she is an Arcane Caster with a purple skin. Both of them are quite skilled in that MMO, something not so easy since it is a quite complicated game, with many parameters, classes, advantages and disadvantages depending on the case and includes meta-builds. Also, they had both been playing for so long that by now they have already risen to levels that most players could not reach and therefore both are also fearsome and respected in the game, so few people would dare to attack them or bother them.

However, beyond what they might expect, another player appears in front of her with unclear intentions and quite self-confidence. Fuyu and Hana asked her what she was looking for from that mysterious woman who has a pink skin that in contrast to her haughty and daring attitude, on the contrary makes her seem harmless and innocent, even though that would turn out to be something rather far from reality...

It is then when that character moves her wand and from its tip comes out a kind of green energy in the form of 1 and 0 (as if it were a vinary code), then Fuyu thinks, is that girl a hacker? Even though for now there is nothing Fuyu (or Hana) can do while those green energy vectors begin to subdue them from their wrists, their shins and other parts of their bodies.

The hacker, who is just experimenting with her skills, starts to play with Fuyu and Hana as if they were marionettes while the minds of both girls go blank and while the skins of their characters start to look more like something more like a wooden puppet, albeit with rather shiny skin. Every movement of every limb or part of Fuyu transmits to her, on the contrary, a great pleasure that helps to keep her mind blank.

Meanwhile, outside the video game, surprisingly Fuyu and Hana's minds were being manipulated so deeply, that they continued to behave like marionettes (in real life, outside the video game), something that would surprise Hana's sister (as on this occasion the friends played at Hana's house), with the sister wondering if it will be enough to remove the reality glasses from both of them to end this role reversal where her sisters are the marionettes.
