In my opinion it gets extremely slept on, there’s some insanely peak moments. I also can’t help but mention that hawks can control all his feathers so when he’s first introduced he’s making them slowly fall to make a dramatic effect

Recording a week ahead, or a back up series for days without content can't be that crazy. Having a greater variety gets more new people, but these last 2 months have been DRY for me personally. Also, I can't wait for one piece and naruto to be over. Respect on their names, but they are not great rewatches, they're old! Time wise, you can watch 20 animes as long as FMA Brotherhood, or watch one piece. Let's be for real, it will be better when they are over.

The second half of the season is fire though in my books. I enjoyed the storytelling a lot cause we get to see more into certain characters and it gives you a better understanding as to why they are, the way they are. Also the build up for the best season of the whole series, season 6. I don’t get the hate for it but I also understand that everyone has different opinions

BUT after rewatching a few times, i think the s5 is quite enjoyable and it serves its main purpose of building the plot for s6 onwards. Also binging rather than one ep a week helps a ton lol

Also shows the huge progressions are favourite characters have made in a way thats not boring. I think the laugh at 36:33 quickly gives away who Hawks's VA is if you don't realize beforehand, that Gojo laugh is iconic. I think Hawks and Mirko (the bunny girl) are the best looking man and woman in the entire show tbh. God it feels crazy to be at this point, feels like it took so long to meet these characters when I was watching the show as it aired and now you's are already here, despite what some say about S5 I think the show just gets better and better from here on out although I feel like a lot of people would disagree with me, I feel like the community is very evenly split on seasons 5-7 like you either love it or you hate it.

In case y'all need a reminder, MHA watch order goes (ideally + reasons): Season 4 -> Season 5 (Ep 1 to 12) Movie 2: Heroes Rising Season 5 (Ep 13 to 25) -> Movie 3: World Heroes' Mission Season 6 -> Season 7 (Ep 1-4) -> Movie 4: You're Next Season 7 (Ep 5-21) Something to note is that Studio Bones messed up the order of the arcs in the second half of S5. So originally, the last two arcs should have been in the opposite order from what is presented in the anime. Just for you guys to know, movie 2's events are supposed to happen after the last arc in S5 (which was supposed to come before the second arc of S5). And accordingly, movie 3's events are supposed to happen during the second arc of S5 (which was supposed to come after the last arc of S5).

That said, Hawks definitely isn't an expected character type, but I've always thought that he makes a lot of sense even from Ep 24. His desire to make the world a place where heroes have too much time on their hands indirectly implies that he wants society to be so peaceful that heroes don't have much to do. So he's kind of onto something there, though the way he talks and behaves might give the audience the impression that he doesn't take things very seriously lmfao Anyways, I'm so excited for the next episode. And next season. I can't believe y'all are almost done with S4. That's actually so crazy to me how fast the journey has been.
