One of the girls pulled my hair really hard I think she had strands of it in her hand. I didn’t even notice until after the fight, when I started feeling pain all over my body and a burning sensation in one spot on my head.

He’s calculating, quiet, and almost fragile if you look at him a lil longer. He moves with this cold-blooded elegance. This gives me the chills…. His conversations with Baek Jin hints at a kid who crave for some kind of connection, but instead choose control. How he became who he is intrigues me. Was he also a product of pain? He gives off that “he could’ve been saved” energy. Pls tell me how do I look away? Fella just too magnetic for me. But maybe I’m biased. Cos I’ve been in love with Jun Young since his 2018's Goodbye to Goodbye and watched every single thing he’s in since then. 😝

Si Eun Actor (Park JiHoon) has done wrestling yet Sieun and Gotak both Said in the interview that they were really scared to fight Seong je in real because his fist/moves were really sharp and strong even tho they practiced choreography yet they were so scared while filming it. They said they can literally feel the wind/air 😆 It was a fun interview. You guys can watch the interviews of Weak Hero on youtube, they all are very funny and interesting.

2025-06-19 21:25:01 +0000 UTCi'm commenting too much but i wanted to pretend to be a teacher for a second and give a short korean lesson to the geks :) pro tip for pronouncing korean names: don't focus so hard on how they spell it (because romanised korean names can LITERALLY be spelled so many ways: seong-je can also be spelled 'sung-jae'), focus MORE on how you hear the characters themselves pronounce each others' names. for example: our main boy si-eun's name is NOT spelled the way we would pronounce it if it were an english name. that's because in korean, when the equivalent 's' consonant is followed by the 'i' vowel (pronounced like the letter e in words like 'he' and 'she'), 's' becomes 'sh'. so basically. our main boy's name is correctly pronounced "shi-eun'. you can, of course, call him whatever you'd like. i'll shut up now xo.

Seong-je is a menace & I love it! Great villain. Fighting is a sport for him & he enjoys it. Si-eun doesn't enjoy it but knows it's necessary to defend himself & those he cares for. Definitely willing to go to the dark side to win. Interesting dynamic clash!! At the end I was like "he said it! he said his name he said Su-ho!!" 😢🤧 Poor Si-eun already weighed down by guilt & now feeling like he failed Su-ho💔 Webtoon: Si-eun- "Oh Stephen where have you been" 🥹🥹 Hits you just as hard in the feels!

His ability to assess his environment for available resources is unmatched. He also studies his opponent's weakness & uses it against them whilst applying psychological pressure. 2025-06-19 20:56:02 +0000 UTCthe first time i watched this episode, i was so gobsmacked at what was going on that i didn't appreciate how much si-eun has improved in terms of fighting. the whole point of his fighting style is that he isn't trained—he's not meant to be like suho or gotak who have fighting backgrounds and he's not meant to have the sheer strength that baku has. he uses his surroundings and anything around him that he can find to give him an advantage and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THAT ABOUT HIM! he's the perfect "weak hero" and yet HE HAS IMPROVED SINCE SEASON 1!!! that blows my mind! you can tell he's locked in every time he fights; he approaches it exactly like he does his studies and i was so happy seeing that even without his inner monologue while he was fighting seong-je, you can tell so much of the fight is happening in his mind.

I remember a fight from school when a boy drank water from my bottle without my permission. I suddenly noticed and went over and slapped him on the face. In return, he hit me back. The difference was, I started crying. The teacher took my side and hit him two more times. After that, he used to scare me by saying, 'You won’t be allowed to go home today. You’ll be left alone at school.' But my mom told me that would never happen. She said, 'Look at the clock. As soon as it’s 12:30 pm, I’ll come pick you up. Just focus on studying peacefully.🙂

Some people may disagree with it, calling it unfair, but i feel like since we see so many trained and flashy fighters in this show, it’s easy to forget that sieun is not on the same level as them fighting wise. The only thing he has against them, is his brain/smarts which he uses to his advantage. Like idk why anyone would expect him to fight with honor when he literally can’t fight. If he fought without weapons, he’d just be going into a losing battle which is dumb and goes against his character since he’s supposed to be extremely smart. The only thing he can do is use weapons & outsmart them when they’re a stronger opponent. That’s why i find his fights so interesting because they just feel so real and grimy!! And even if seongje was holding back, i think he was shocked and amused by how crazy sieun was. That fight was s tier for me, i loved it.

Then when he hit the other guys with the bag that had the bowling ball in it as well as holding that one guy's face down against the bag, it was always enjoyable and funny. He's such a strong fighter and uses brute force to take down his opponents one by one. Goodness, there's too many epic cool characters this season. I love them all for different reasons.

Hero is mostly someone with good or even great physical strength and skil, in most series. But here, Si eun is like anybody from high-school, his only strength is unpredictability, knowledge and playing dirty. You need to understand that he was depressed since S1 because of what he heard from his dad when his was little (again, in the flashback in S1, his dad complained to his mom that Si-eun has weak body and he didn't think that his son will always be sick or have fragile body.) Then he becomes more depressed and feeling guilty toward Suho. He just wanted to be normal and be a good kid at school

The fast pace movements and quick shots not to mention the tension really gets your adrenaline pumped and stuns you. I love how it's choregraphed. There's so much chaos and emotion in each punch, slam, and hit. My guy, Seongje is a psycho but so charismatic with his manic laugh and constant smirk. You can't help but love him. His punches are intense, quick, and full of power. It almost gives you whiplash... Then when Sieun takes Seongje's glasses off after hitting him over the head with the flower pot, it makes you wonder what he's going to do next. The moment Sieun breaks the temples off Seongje's glasses to directly aim for his foot, I knew Seongje didn't have a fighting chance. It's crazy how he kept stabbing him over and over in the same spot. That would hurt so freaking bad! I can't even imagine. You can tell Sieun isn't messing around especially when he slammed his head into the wound to make it hurt even more and puncture even deeper. That was absolutely insane! Siein is very clever and tactical. He's still skilled at using the resources around him to take on his opponents and eventually gain the upper hand by catching them off guard. This is one of the best fight scenes in season 2 in my opinion. It's just so raw and almost a fight to the death. It keeps you on edge the whole time. What made it even more emotional is when Sieun said, "Suho, I got into another fight, I'm sorry." I cried so much at that part. He's still traumatized from everything that went down. Because, you can tell he didn't want to fight but was pushed past his limits and had to protect Juntae and Gotak in the only way he knew how. Anyway like I said, this fight/battle is definitely one for the books. It's just so good!!

That’s why he laughs even when he knows he could literally be killed. When sieun fights, he’ll come off as though he is being unfair, but he’s being realistic in how anyone who is trying to survive another day during a fight. People have claimed they think sieun fights unfairly. But they tend to forget that sieun is not really a fighter. He’s just trying to defend himself anyway possible. So yes, even it would be unconventional in fighting tactics, if i was trying to defeat someone who knows how to fight when i don’t, it’s a suicide mission. Because i’m going to survive or we both going together by all means.
