MHA watch order goes (ideally + reasons): Season 2 -> Movie 1: Two Heroes Season 3 -> Season 4 -> Season 5 (Ep 1 to 16) Movie 3: World Heroes' Mission Season 5 (Ep 17 to 25) -> Movie 2: Heroes Rising Season 6 -> Season 7 (Ep 1-4) -> Movie 4: You're Next Season 7 (Ep 5-21) I know this looks super weird, but according to my extensive research, in the canon manga timeline, movie 2 comes before movie 3, but since Studio Bones messed up the order of the arcs in the second half of S5, the events of movie 3 now happens sometime in the middle of S5, while movie 2 happens after S5's ending, even though the studio released the two movies in the opposite order. OR, y'all can watch movie 2 after S5 Ep12, and movie 3 after S5 ends (this is what most reactors do if I'm not wrong, cause there are spoilers in movie 2 that aren't revealed until the middle of S5).

The filling inside is usually something sweet, and eating it is like biting into a mix between a cake and a waffle. It's really good! You guys should try it some time if you see it being sold in a street stall in Japan (or anywhere in your own country)! I completely agree with Carter when he says the green lightning is so cool. Green is literally my favourite colour ever so I already loved Izuku's colour scheme from the beginning. But adding the green lightning as a way to show him finally being able to use his quirk the way All Might uses it is just another level of obsession for me. It makes his movements so much more vibrant and I love it.

2025-05-20 13:09:50 +0000 UTCTo clarify some things: - All Might could use One For All at 100% the moment he received it from his predecessor because his body was literally a perfect vessel for it. Even though All Might was quirkless, his physicality was most likely very high, unlike Izuku who trained for ten months and was still unable to become a perfect vessel. When Gran Torino said, "The only redeeming thing about him was his body." he was basically saying that All Might had nothing (combat skills, his smashes, etc.) but his body's compatibility with the quirk, which made accepting and getting used to it easy. However, he still had to learn how to use it effectively, which was most likely what Gran Torino was teaching him (although beating him up as training does sound rather painful haha!) - Izuku isn't necessarily "flexing" like All Might does to maintain his muscle form. He's actually activating his quirk throughout his body and it just looks like he's "flexing" because he's straining to do so for the first time. Ideally, you wouldn't be struggling so hard like that just to "turn on" 5% of your own quirk. But because One For All is so powerful, it takes a lot of effort just to summon so little of its power and make it so that it's running throughout your entire body. - So yes, the main difference btw what Izuku was doing before and now is that before, he was "turning on" 5% of his quirk on only singular body parts. Like his arm, or his fingers, or his legs. One at a time. One after another. He only "uses" his quirk on parts that he wants to use, either to punch, flick, kick off the ground. However, as he stated, it's not a very efficient use of his quirk, as it takes too much time for him to think about where to activate his quirk next. Instead, his new idea is to activate his quirk at 5% all throughout his body and maintain that output constantly while fighting. With this, he no longer has to consciously think about which body part to "turn on" his quirk at, because his 5% power is on everywhere. Every action he takes will inevitably carry the power of One For All at 5%, which is win for his training!

Works similarly, or you might say functions similarly... but it might help to think of his muscles and One For All as two seperate but parallel systems working together. Before, he was only using One for All in specific parts of his body yes, but perhaps more to the point is that he was also only using it in the moment where he would activate that muscle. Using One For All all the time means his muscles can adjust and be used more or less normally without their available strength constantly going up and down, on and off, and having to coordinate the timing of that with every singular action. That's how I think of it anyway.

If you take the wall jump that he did this episode, he was activating his quirk in his legs, then his arms to brace, then his legs again to jump again, and because he needs to turn his power on for every decision, there is a delay in every action he makes. However if he has his Quirk continuously activating, then this delay goes away.

So he had to concentrate on activating it, and only did so in the place that he was using it on, which takes a lot of effort when you need to do complex moves that require multiple body parts to be activated sequentially. However now, instead of constantly trying to activate and deactivate it in one spot when he needs it, he is activating it all over his body so that he can use any part when he needs to, and just keeping it going so that he doesn't have to concentrate on that activation every time

The reason the show focuses on the most is his natural talent, he just does things right intuitively. But it's also because of how much power there was in OFA. OFA stockpiles power and All Might had it and used it a lot for decades, so the version Deku has is much more powerful than the one All Might got as a kid.

All Might is a genius like Kageyama and Nishinoya who can get things right pretty quickly after a few tries, but can’t teach for shit because for them it’s just “I can just do it.” On the other hand, Deku is like all the other characters that had to work hard for their skills and can actually explain their thought process in technical terms instead of sound effects.

All might was able to use it because his physical build was bigger and better than deku’s. Gran Torino was All Might’s homeroon teacher and the 7th user was the one who gave him OFA. Both were his teachers Can’t wait for the next episodes. Some of my favorite episodes. This is my favorite arc 😭😭

In the past he would only activate One For All at 100% in one part of his body. The only drawback is that he can only use a specific amount of One For All until his body adapts to it. P.S. Taiyaki is like a pastry (usually in the shape and design of a fish) and it has paste filling. I think red bean paste is the most popular. I'm not really sure because I've only had it like 4 times.
