.Rogue. .One.

ONE OF THE GREATEST STAR WARS EXPERIENCES EVER

.Rogue. .One.

If y'all love this movie, you had better vote like you love this movie.

AnnaSama

I saw this in theaters and cried for the last 30 minutes. This movie was incredible, it really brought a humanity to the rebellion and explored the “War” side of Star Wars in a heartbreaking way. Especially after watching Andor and everything Cassian went through… honestly, one of my all time favorites of the entire franchise.

Yue

Little extra lore. The Fish species like Admiral Akbar and Raddus are from the Planet Mon Calamari. That planet was one of the most important to the rebellion. They supplied many ships the biggest we see the rebels have are from there, great commanders and their Home world had space mines placed on the hyperspace route so the Empire could not attack it. THAT'S where the Death Star could have pushed through that and made quick work of it

Oliver

The hype you guys have is crazy. Seeing this in theaters was peak and brought me back to my childhood when my dad showed me the og trilogy.

LuvStarburst

just finished Andor came right here

poe

ABSOLUTE CINEMA

Sweede TW

Have not watched either R1 or Andor, this gives me a reason to watch it now

Liptrouski

WATCH SOLO! It's an absolute banger. Plus, since you guys have seen GoT Emilia Clarke in that movie is very good!!

Brett

man every word cassian says hits like a semi after watching andor

Sweede TW

Cool. I'm not a big Star Wars fan but I actually liked this movie. A lot don't. Glad you enjoyed it

Stairguy

Yes!! I love this so much

Cannon Andrus

If they haven't seen it yet they are definitely missing out

Agent September 🏴‍☠️

The energy you guys bring to star wars is amazing its honestly infectious. My search history is filled with star wars legos now so thanks for that. One of my favorite reactions on the channel of all time!

Agent September 🏴‍☠️

rebels is a massive pass - the only good bits included ahsoka, vader, maul, and obi wan.

Tim Moore

Solo is not cinema, but it is a fun enjoyable popcorn movie that fits well in the Star Wars universe. I think you guys would enjoy it a lot. Also if you guys haven't watched Star Wars Rebels, highly recommend. TCW is a higher quality show from start to finish, but the overall story of Rebels is superior and hits the same high peaks that TCW does. It also includes a bunch of fan favorite characters from TCW.

SavDog23

Requesting Dune part 1 and 2 for you’re next watch 😄😉

Dounia Ghodbane

Tony Gilroy is clearly more talented than everyone over at Lucasfilm with the exception of John Favreau (who is equally capable). I don't put a lot of stock in Star Wars, it's been pretty corrupted. But the peaks are high and this movie is definitely great. Maybe when Kathleen Kennedy is gone, we can get the ball rolling on things. I just want to keep going forward in time.

Steve

Absolutely agree, both Raid movies would be dope. I’d also include Hero, House of Flying Daggers and Curse of the Golden Flower.

Jose Flores

this might be an unpopular take and i am not a star wars fan, but i think watching rogue one first and then then andor series is the right order. rogue one is excellent as is (only star wars i’ve seen out of four that genuinely moved me and i believe after i saw it in theaters the first time, i said if all the movies were like this i would be a die hard fan). it’s an ensemble cast where jyn had to be the lead and andor was second in command with the backing of the rebel resources to help move the mission. for me, what enhanced the andor series watch is that we know where andor ends up and while that affords andor a certain amount of safety, there is this hopeless hope in knowing that. and that feeling is throughout the andor series. the building of the rebellion against the menacing empire that controls all of the galaxy under the disguise of a republic. we see how he was transformed, what makes rebellions start, what shapes the people who come into contact with the cause, and ultimately how people are not in it for the glory. not like how dedra or that general guy who got shot at the end of rogue one was. it’s luthen and klaya and andor and bodi and melchi and cirrutt and blaze and a freaking reprogrammed droid. these unsung, unknown players the creator of this world never even conceived of that built and nurtured the hope of a life out of facist control. rogue one, then andor, then rogue one again. this is the perfect star wars trilogy in my limited opinion

YC

Despite being linked, I appreciate and prefer the different vibe that Andor has compared to Rogue One, but Andor couldn't exist without Rogue One. Hopefully, we get more good Star Wars films/shows like this. I'm curious, what would you think about a Grievous origin story? I think Kalee would be a cool planet to explore within Wild Space, especially considering we'd get a conflict centered around two non-human species. I don't think we'd get anything like this any time soon, if ever, but I feel it has a lot of potential to be interesting and do something Star Wars hasn't really done before.

TheSauceGuy

I agree! I'm not an anime fan, but Visions was amazing! It's only fitting they did that considering George Lucas was heavily inspired by Kurosawa's work. It was that inspiration which founded A New Hope. Excited for Volume 3!!

Anya

Tony Gilroy's approach was that you don't necessarily have to be a Star Wars fan to enjoy & understand it. Great storytelling over being a Star Wars expert made it successful for the casuals & diehards. Glad you enjoyed it- tragedy & all!

Anya

Omg those are soo good!!

Micah you have tk

Cannon Andrus

This watch literally made my whole month

Cannon Andrus

Y’all should react to the Star Wars Old Republic Cinematic’s. I think you guys would really enjoy them, the old republic is set like 3000 years before the movies

Medusa

Darth Vader's hallway scene or Luke Skywalker's rescue? Who was more epic, father or son? 🤔

Anya

Rebels is sooo underrated! I get it’s not for everyone cause plenty moments feel geared towards a younger audience, but there are some very important arcs. The Ghost crew was involved in some of the most pivotal moments for the Rebellion. Luke & company would have had a much harder time without the work they did 🥹 & I love to see someone else here subscribing to the religion of Star Wars 😂

Carrie

I forgot Barristan Selmy was in this movie

TheSauceGuy

Star Wars was first introduced as a Space opera fantasy that incorporated mythological motifs. The Force was the core of the franchise & it's what gave it this mystical/fantastical feel. I think "fans" are saying it's not Star Wars because the mysticism they're used to isn't there. So unfortunate because the themes that George Lucas established in this franchise is very present. If people truly understood what the Force means they'd get it.

Anya

This is a really good analysis! The OT trio plus Jyn, Cassian, & Luthen being in tier 1 (& 1.5 😂) just feels right. I recommend watching Rebels cause Ezra Bridger and the Ghost crew deserve at least an honorable mention, maybe even Tier 2

Carrie

Younger self: "Ughh Rebel Scums" After Andor: *Proud Rebel* Testament to how Tony Gilroy executes character driven stories. "Help us Tony Gilroy, you're our only hope"

Anya

Okay, I know not everyone lives by the "Star Wars is a part of my religion" code, but not watching Solo & Rebels?! The Star Wars fanatic part of me is disappointed lol Rebels seem corny but it has some of the most important storylines! Some of my favorite moments & connective lore is in there!

Anya

Y'all so funny. There were moments I even doubted y'all watched this! 😂 We got to see y'alls perspectives after Andor & y'alls perspectives after what seems like Rogue One's 2016 release 🤣🤣 We may as well keep going! A New Hope next👀

Anya

"Misa propose" had me rolling

Anton Sakshaug

Seeing Donnie Yen reminded me - Yall should have a series for the best Asian Kung Fu/Action movies! Crouching Tiger, The Raid, hell even RUSH HOUR would be LITTTTTTT. Also, Mission Impossible would be a banger too. The rabbit hole of old/mid school kung fu movies is so much fun.

Jimmy

If I had to rank the most important rebels after watching Andor S1 & S2, Rogue One, and the OT here’s how I see it. Tier 1 – No Rebellion Without Them • Luke Skywalker – The Rebellion doesn’t survive without Luke. He destroys the first Death Star by using the Force, listening to Obi-Wan, and pulling off a shot no one else could make. Han saves him, yeah, but if Luke doesn’t make that shot, Yavin IV gets wiped out and it’s over. And in Return of the Jedi, he’s the one who redeems Darth Vader, which ultimately leads to the Emperor’s death. No lightsaber duel, just faith in his father and refusing to turn. • Jyn Erso & Cassian Andor – The heart of Scarif. Jyn gives the mission meaning, Cassian makes it possible. And after Andor, it’s clear Cassian was deep in the game long before most people. He helped build the rebel spy network, took hard missions, and made calls no one else would. They don’t just get the plans—they set the tone for what the Rebellion is. • Mon Mothma – She’s the one who ties it all together. Pulls together fractured cells, leads the charge politically, and sacrifices her personal life to form the Alliance. • Leia Organa – A top-tier leader, no question. She smuggles the Death Star plans, commands missions, and becomes the face of the Alliance. One of the strongest leaders in the galaxy by the time it counts most. • Luthen Rael – Easily one of the most important players in the early days. He builds the foundation in the shadows, connects the right people, and sacrifices everything for the bigger picture. Pure rebellion strategist. ⸻ Tier 1.5 – Could Argue Tier 1 • Han Solo – He saves Luke at Yavin, helps blow up the shield generator on Endor, and goes from self-interested smuggler to full-on rebel general. He’s not just along for the ride, he becomes key to multiple victories. You could definitely argue Tier 1, but either way, his arc is massive for the Rebellion’s success. ⸻ Tier 2 – Major Contributors • Bail Organa – Funds and supports the early Rebellion, helps build the network, and guides Leia into leadership. Doesn’t live to see it, but his role was massive. • Kleya – Keeps Luthen’s whole operation running flawlessly. Super low profile, but critical. One mistake from her, and it all falls apart. • Chirrut Îmwe – Walks straight into blaster fire to activate the comms tower on Scarif. Makes sure the plans actually get sent. • Saw Gerrera – His methods were extreme, but he fought long before the Alliance existed. Keeps pressure on the Empire when no one else would. • Bodhi Rook – The one who gets the message and makes sure it reaches Scarif. No Bodhi, no warning, no plans. • Lando Calrissian – Leads the space assault on the second Death Star and pulls off a clean hit on its core. Total redemption arc and one of the most important military leaders in the endgame. ⸻ Honorable Mentions • Chewbacca – Always in the fight, supports key missions from Hoth to Endor, and plays a big part in Han’s success. • K-2SO – Holds off troopers on Scarif and gives his life so Cassian and Jyn can get the plans. True MVP moment. • Wedge Antilles – Survives both Death Star runs, takes out an AT-AT on Hoth, and keeps showing up. Underrated but always clutch. • Lonni Jung – The ISB double agent who feeds Luthen intel at massive personal risk. His choice to stay embedded keeps the whole network one step ahead. Everyone here played a role. But if you lose even one from Tier 1, the whole thing falls apart. Might’ve missed someone, but that’s my take.

Marine Piece!!!

I saw this when it came out in theatres and will randomly quote “I am one with the force and the force is with me”. I also need to catch up on all the Star Wars shows.

Vladomyr Blue

Actually criminal how underrated this movie is Definitely in my top 5 at LEAST Especially after Andor

Sweede TW

Thanks for the warning in the beginning lol, was boutta watch this before andor. Guess I’ll go watch that first.

Micah nichols

I watched rogue one with my brother in the movie theater when it came out without watching any SW movie before. Zero knowledge, zero expectations. Came out sobbing like a freaking baby. Seen the original and prequel trilogies since then, still consider rogue one the best SW movie.

Goat

Rogue One Letssss gooo 🔥

Marine Piece!!!

ive said from the moment this came out "third best star wars movie, easily" and that was obviously even before andor, still hasnt changed. shame its so underrated by the whole community you could tell its just crafted so well and the cinematography is incredible.

Toidleboy

YEAH about time I rewatch this

Mia Malvik

Respectfully, this is insane

Mia Malvik

Now you should watch Miyazaki's Nausicaa - Valley of the Winds by Ghibli, it's claimed Disney stole large parts from this movie for Rogue One.

PST3

Bronny for MVP

Bradlynn Andrus

Rogue One is genuinely one of my top Star Wars movies. Changed my life when I saw it in the cinema with my friends for the first time. And now I get to rewatch it with the Geks :’)

W star wars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Conk

Andor was amazing, by far the best Star Wars show and watching Rogue One from a different perspective with the events leading up to it will be really cool. I'm starting the video now!

Animeke

Ooh you guys should react to Visions if you haven’t already seen it! It's the perfect intersection of your love for anime & love for Star Wars. Tales of the Jedi would also be cool

Carrie

I have not seen any Star Wars movies or tv shows in my 25 years of life😂. I do not know anything about this universe. Super excited to watch this movie with you guys.

Eliana Ayala

I mean it’s a hell of a run & definitely the best of Disney Star Wars. Watching Andor enhances the Rogue One experience & watching Rogue One enhances A New Hope. You also don’t have to watch any other Star Wars to jump into either Andor or Rogue One (aside from OT)

Carrie

So so glad you guys are doing this 🔥🔥🔥

Greatest Star Wars film oat?

Roque Won is one of my favorites. Arguably the only good Disney Star Wars movie

Green Ranger

People are saying that Andor S1, Andor S2 and Rogue One, trilogy is the best of Star Wars. Is that true? I’ve never seen any Star Wars after the original and the prequels and that was a long time ago. It seems I have a lot to catch up on.
