Rimuru finds a strange magical mineral, but not the usual magic ore type, so Rimuru takes his slime form to absorb and analyze said mineral, causing unexpected effects such as returning him to his humanoid form (like a she clearly) and causing him deep sexual pleasure, and then ending up immobile and being mistaken for a sex doll.
