Tsubasa, after several years in which he has tried to conquer Ukyou and failed miserably, has lost his mind due to jealousy and anger against Ranma when Ukyou is in love with Ranma. Then Tsubasa finds a magic ring that turns the wearer into a sex doll, a ring which seems to have it in his possession affects his mental state until he plunges into madness, while he plans how to use the ring to get rid of Ranma by making a plan detailed for it.
