Sketches time lapse

Decided to combine a time lapse of the sketches of stuff I've been working on on the side of bigger client work!

For starters, I decided to start preparing for Artfight in advance (read: not two weeks before as I've done in previous years) and began working on a new reference sheet for my main guy. He hasn't gone through that many updates, but I didn't feel like editing the old ref anymore so a new one it is! I wasn't sure what to do with the second bust so I left that blank for now until I come up with an idea for it. I actually might start posting time lapses of different phases separately when it comes to bigger illustrations to keep the videos as bite-sized... 🤔

The second sketch is a small celebration for spring in the form of a picnic scene, inspired by the cherry trees that are starting to blossom here all around the city. :) I've had this idea for a while but to be completely honest I still have no idea what to do with it even now that I started working on it! Maybe an upcoming YCH?
