Amanda Jones CYOA - Scaling the Statue
Added 2022-09-29 00:58:52 +0000 UTCDeep within the undiscovered tomb, Amanda finds herself in the Temple of Isis. The way back to the surface is cut off. The only way is forward. Leading from the temple are dark, cold forbidding passages that lead to unholy sounds, horrible odours, and the promise of doom.
Amanda decides to climb the giant golden statue in the hope of finding a switch or lever that might open a secret passage. Perhaps she can get the statue itself to move? Or perhaps she may just fall off and crack her skull on the cold stone floor.
Have you ever tried a difficult climb, perhaps over a fence or wall, where lose momentum and find yourself stuck - unable to go forward or back? The metallic golden surface of the statue that has preserved it for milennia is very smooth and difficult to grasp. Amanda feels her grip loosening and her foot slipping and sliding. Will she make it to the top? And what will she find?
We'll just have to leave her perched precariously while you play the CYOA Amanda's Egyptian Adventure and decide for yourself....
