No Chapter, Edited Chapter and 8.47 Preview

I’ll keep saying it: Don’t worry about delays man you’re basically the terminator of web serials. No one *should* be able to make good quality, consistently released, and lengthy writing and yet here you are knocking it out of the park month after month. Even a “I’m just not feeling it this week” is fine as I’m constantly worried you’re going to die of exhaustion.

I searched and searched because of well spite… “The material this Golem was made of shone palely—but not like porcelain. It was bone. Nsiia had obtained each piece of bone, carving it, gluing it together and polishing it until it was almost seamless.” From interlude with golems chapter… so no Chris don’t test me :) and I’m not having it. It’s also 3:33 and I can’t sleep.

Nssia made the golem out of bone at first… and then in a later chapter the material was switched… pirateaba may have forgotten. But nssia was able to get material for her golem because the animals were helping her by delivering bones. It led to the conversation as to why the golem makers don’t use cloth anymore, taboo like bone.

So to my understanding: Pirate started one perspective and switched to another; believing that this new perspective would benefit more from the editing. These 6,000 words are from the first perspective that Pirate started and will complete after finishing the second perspective that will be edited. So the next chapter will be an extension of these 6,000 words. I think? Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

scratch that. After rereading pirates post I have realized that everything I said was wrong.

Pirate started to write a chapter (the one provided as an attachment in this post). Pirate then changed their mind and started writing a different chapter on twitch. This second chapter is going to be professionally edited, a process which will probably take about a week. Today's update is postponed as Pirate is working right now at this very moment to finish this second chapter before sending it to the editor. We may or may not be able to see this unedited chapter at some point before the next update or next week. We may need to wait until the chapter is edited and released. I hope this cleared everything up.

I like how the opening section of a pirateaba chapter is still longer than 90% of web serial chapters out there.
