Antinium eggs show how many are going to be added to that count. She said to one of the other Ladies (I think) that she hopes there can be peace and the Antinium can change enough, but it's best to be prepared.

But [InnWorld] has this recognised problem of [Noble] and [Royal] classes walking over everyone else. The world-magic gives them a truckload of power when they level up especially in matters related to Will. And [Lady] classes get a full helping of it at the cost of other skills. In Liscor there are no nobles to counter these [Ladies]. There is only a teenager Drake [Wall Lady] in Pallass. They are effectively at a disadvantage facing high-level human [Ladies] who come in peace.

The way their etiquette based skills seem to shield them even while they are breaking laws in a domain outside their control or inside the home of someone that hasn’t invited them all while they are being rude just seems like it would be too abusable as a gimmick. If all you need is three high level ladies to waltz into anywhere uninvited and unchallenged it seems like any conflict would be settled by sending the ladies to back someone into a corner while someone hits them with a bat while they’re apologizing for how uncouth their bleeding wounds are.
